Work With Me

  • Private Lessons

The first thing people notice after a private lesson is body awareness. They know what’s happening in their own body, and how to work with that knowledge in class.

Movement looks different for every person. In a private lesson, we use principles of The Catalyst Method™ to identify what’s specific to you and start working on it right away. That level of focus doesn’t happen in a group setting.

For couples and partners, this goes deeper. A private lesson makes it clear where communication breaks down, particularly in non-verbal cues. We can address both body mechanics and connection, which changes how you move together.

  • Groundwork Series™ / Group Classes

If you’ve been social dancing or dropping into random classes, you probably know the hamster wheel feeling; chasing patterns and steps, trying to keep up, wondering when you’ll finally feel like a “real” dancer.

The Groundwork Series™ is built on the principles of The Catalyst Method™. Instead of piling on more patterns, we slow things down so you can drop into your own body, figure out what kind of dancer you truly are, and build from there.

Most dancers are missing three things: connection to themselves, connection to the music, and connection to their partner. This series gives you the space and tools to build all three.

  • Team-building or Custom Workshops

Most teams don’t need another trust fall. They need space to break out of the ordinary.

The Catalyst Method™ uses movement to create that space. Yes, the exercises can feel a little absurd at first, and that’s the point. Play opens the door to connection in a way nothing else can.

When people are willing to laugh, move, and step outside their established social roles, breakthroughs happen. Walls come down, curiosity takes over, and the group starts to feel less like a set of individuals and more like a living system.

For teams, that means sharper communication and a culture of trust. For friends and families, it’s a chance to play, learn, and grow without overthinking it.

Certainty doesn’t build confidence. Action in uncertainty does.
